Italian Stew Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Jar Ragu Italian Cooking Sauce
- 2 Pounds Beef Stew Meat, cubed
- 4 Medium Carrots
- 1 Cup Water
- 4 Medium Potatoes
- 2 Medium Onions
- oil, for cooking.
- 1 Beef Bouillon Cubes
Method
- Brown meat in oil
- Add sauce and bring to boil
- Cover and simmer for 1 hour
- Peel potatoes, onions and carrots
- Cut into quarters
- Dissolve beef bouillon cube in water
- Add water and vegetables to stew
- Cover and simmer for 30 minutes more
