Ingredients
Makes about 1/2 cup
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 1/2 tablespoons hot or mild curry powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne
- 2 tablespoons canola or grapeseed oil
Method
- In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients and blend to a paste.
- Add a little more oil if mixture is too thick.
- If not using right away, cover and refrigerate until needed.
- Properly stored, it will keep for 3 to 4 days.
