Ingredients

- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups cake flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 Egg
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons butter – melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups wild blueberries
Method
- Sift together baking powder, flour and salt.
- In medium bowl, beat egg.
- Gradually add sugar, beating until light.
- Add flour and milk alternately to egg mixture, beginning with flour.
- Blend in butter and vanilla.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Spread in 8″ square pan.
- Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 40 minutes.
