Ingredients

- 24 ounces honey roasted almonds
- 6 cups unsalted popcorn
- 2 cups chow mein noodles
- 5 tablespoons margarine
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Method
- Preheat oven to 250:.
- In a large shallow roasting pan, combine popcorn and chow mein noodles.
- Melt margarine and sugar.
- Stir in vanilla and cinnamon.
- Pour over popcorn and toss to coat.
- Bake 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
- Stir in almonds.
- Spread on paper towel to cool.
- Store in an airtight container.
- Makes 11 cups.
