Ingredients
- 3½ pounds 1 6 kg country style pork ribs
- 1 cup (250 g) barbecue sauce
- ½ cup (88 g) honey mustard
- 1-2 teaspoons Salt-Free Seasoning Blend
Method
- Place ribs in a slow cooker
- In a small bowl, stir together barbecue sauce, honey mustard, and seasoning blend
- Pour over ribs in cooker; stir to coat
- Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours
- Transfer ribs to a serving platter
- Strain sauce into a bowl; skim fat from sauce
- Drizzle some of the sauce over the ribs and pass the remaining sauce at the table
- Yield: 8 servings
- Per serving: 174 g water; 385 calories (41% from fat, 42% from protein, 17% from carb)
