Air Fryer Pub-Style Burger
Ingredients
SERVES 4.
- 1 pound ground sirloin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup full-fat mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons sriracha
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 large leaves butter lettuce
- 8 slices pickle
Method
- In a medium bowl, combine ground sirloin, salt, and pepper
- Form four patties
- Brush each with butter and then place into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 380°F and set the timer for 10 minutes
- Flip the patties halfway through the cooking time for a medium burger
- Add an additional 3-5 minutes for well-done
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and garlic powder
- Set aside
- Place each cooked burger on a lettuce leaf and top with onion ring, two pickles, and dollop of your prepared burger sauce
- Wrap another lettuce leaf around tightly to hold
- Serve warm
