Ingredients
- whole chicken breasts, halved
- 1 can (280 g) low-salt cream of mushroom soup
- ¼ cup (60 ml) low-salt soy sauce
- ¼ cup (60 ml) white wine vinegar
- ¼ cup (60 ml) water
- ¼ teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tsp ginger
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- 1 tbsp (15 g) brown sugar
Method
- Place chicken in slow cooker
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken
- Cover and cook on low 2 to 2½ hours
- Uncover and cook 15 minutes more
- Yield: 8 servings
- Per serving: 71 g water; 75 calories (19% from fat, 51% from protein, 30% from carb)
