Hamburger Noodle Casserole Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1½ pounds (680 g) extra-lean ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 cup (150 g) diced green bell pepper
  • 720 g no-salt-added diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (280 g) low-salt cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup (160 g) diced onion
  • 225g uncooked egg noodles
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup (110 g) shredded Swiss cheese

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients except cheese in slow cooker
  2. Cover and cook on high 3 to 4 hours
  3. Sprinkle with cheese before serving
  4. Yield: 8 servings
  5. Per serving: 259 g water; 348 calories (52% from fat, 26% from protein, 22% from carb)
