- 508 g kidney beans, cooked or canned without salt
- 480 g chickpeas, cooked or canned without salt
- 280g yellow beans
- 280g frozen lima beans
- 1 cup (240 g) low-salt ketchup
- 1 cup (225 g) brown sugar
- 1 tbsp (11 g) prepared mustard
Method
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
- Cover and simmer on high 2 to 3 hours
- Yield: 8 servings
- Per serving: 186 g water; 441 calories (22% from fat, 19% from protein, 59% from carb)
