Ingredients
- 4 potatoes, peeled and sliced 2 tbsp. of onion, diced 2 slices of ham.
- 1 1/2 cups of cheese
- 10-oz. can of condensed cream of mushroom soup.
Method
- Layer the ingredients, half the potatoes and onions first, then half the soup (do not dilute), half the cheese and one slice of ham
- Repeat with remaining ingredients
- Cook on low in the crock pot (slow cooker) for about 8 hours
