Ham And Cheese Hash Quiche Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 (12 ounce) packages frozen country style shredded hash brown potatoes
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup diced cooked ham
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese blend
Method
- Preheat your oven at 425 degrees F and put some oil over the quiche dish
- Put a mixture of potatoes and butter in the quiche dish as a crust
- Bake this in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes
- Combine cream and eggs in a bowl before mixing it with the potatoes in a bowl
- Form a layer of ham and Monterey Jack cheese in the quiche dish before pouring this mixture over it
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the top of the quiche is golden brown in color
