Ham And Cheese Hash Quiche Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 (12 ounce) packages frozen country style shredded hash brown potatoes
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese blend

Method

  1. Preheat your oven at 425 degrees F and put some oil over the quiche dish
  2. Put a mixture of potatoes and butter in the quiche dish as a crust
  3. Bake this in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes
  4. Combine cream and eggs in a bowl before mixing it with the potatoes in a bowl
  5. Form a layer of ham and Monterey Jack cheese in the quiche dish before pouring this mixture over it
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the top of the quiche is golden brown in color
