Halibut Soup Seafood Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 pounds halibut
  • 1 12-ounce can evaporated milk
  • 1 can cream of celery soup — undiluted
  • pepper — to taste.

Method

  1. Dice potatoes and onions and put in pan
  2. Add water to cover potatoes
  3. Boil until potatoes are tender
  4. Add halibut and cook until fork goes into halibut easily, about 5 to 7 minutes
  5. Add milk and soup and simmer for 5 minutes
  6. Add pepper to taste
