Grilled Halibut With Mediterranean Salsa Seafood Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 frozen halibut steak — thawed, 6 – 8 oz. ea
  • 1 1/2 cups tomato — chopped
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese — crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onion — chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive — chopped
  • 1 garlic clove — minced
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • black pepper — to taste

Method

  1. Place halibut steaks on well-oiled grill over hot coals
  2. Grill 10 minutes per inch of thickness, measured at thickest part, or until fish just flakes when tested with a fork
  3. Turn steaks once or twice during grilling
  4. Combine remaining ingredients to make salsa; mix well
  5. Serve with halibut
