Ingredients
- Serving Size : 4
- 1 pound fresh green beans
- 1 tablespoon corn oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
Method
- Trim, rinse and drain beans, but do not dry.
- Into medium saucepan or skillet with tight fitting cover, measure corn oil.
- Add beans, salt and basil.
- Cover.
- Cook over medium to low heat until beans are tender crisp, shaking pan several times to prevent sticking.
