- 1 cup (235 ml) no-salt-added diced tomatoes
- 1 cup (160 g) chopped onion
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
- black pepper, to taste.
Method
- Place ingredients in slow cooker
- Stir
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours
- Yield: 4 servings
- Per serving: 193 g water; 92 calories (32% from fat, 12% from protein, 56% from carb)
