Ingredients
Makes about 2/3 cup
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
Method
- In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix until blended
- If not using right away, cover and refrigerate until needed
- Properly stored, the marinade will keep up to 5 days
