Ginger-Soy Marinade Recipe

Ingredients

Makes about 2/3 cup

  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil

Method

  1. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix until blended
  2. If not using right away, cover and refrigerate until needed
  3. Properly stored, the marinade will keep up to 5 days
