Ingredients
Makes about 1 cup
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons minced green onion
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
Method
- In a small bowl, combine the ginger, green onion and sugar
- Stir in the soy sauce, vinegar and orange juice
- Set aside at room temperature for about 15 minutes before serving or cover and refrigerate until ready to use
- Properly stored, the sauce will for 3 to 4 days
