Gazpacho Bloody Mary Spanish Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • ½ teaspoon freshly grated horseradish
  • ¼ teaspoon celery seeds
  • ? teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne
  • 2½ tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cups gazpacho
  • ½ cup absolut citron or other top-quality lemon-flavored vodka
  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves (tender inner leaves only)

Method

  1. Slide 2 cherry tomatoes onto each of 4 6-inch wooden skewers and set aside
  2. Mix the horseradish, celery seeds, black pepper, cayenne, and Worcestershire sauce together in a pitcher
  3. Pour the gazpacho and the vodka into the pitcher and stir well
  4. Serve in highball glasses, garnished with the romaine leaves and cherry tomato skewers
