Ingredients

- 6 ounces butterscotch morsels
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 4 Eggs
Method
- Melt together in double boiler butterscotch morsels, instant coffee and water.
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Blend into butterscotch mixture.
- Combine flour, soda and salt.
- Add to creamed mixture, alternately with buttermilk.
- Add eggs, one at a time.
- Beat at medium speed.
- Bake in greased Bundt pan at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes.
- Cool 10 minutes before removing.
