Garlic Mashed Taters Recipe

Ingredients

  • Serving Size : 2
  • 1 pound new potatoes – unpeeled
  • 3 cloves garlic – peeled
  • 4 tablespoons nonfat yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons nonfat sour cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • fresh ground black pepper

Method

  1. Place potatoes and garlic in pot with enough water to cover and cook until potatoes are tender.
  2. Drain and mash, then stir in yogurt, sour cream, and salt and pepper.
