Ingredients
- 2¼ cups (535 ml) water
- 2½ cups (570 ml) pineapple juice
- ½ cup (63 g) tapioca pudding mix
- 1 cup (200 g) sugar
- 420g crushed pineapple, undrained
Method
- Mix first four ingredients together in slow cooker
- Cover and cook on high 3 hours
- Stir in crushed pineapple
- Chill for several hours
- Yield: 6 servings
- Per serving: 241 g water; 267 calories (1% from fat, 1% from protein, 98% from carb)
