Fresh Apple Cake Recipe
Ingredients
- Serving Size : 1
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 Cup oil
- 3 cups chopped apples
- 1 cup pecans
- 3 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
Method
- Sift flour, sugar, salt and baking powder together.
- Add oil and eggs.
- Mix well.
- Bake in tube pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
- Make a glaze and pour over cake while still warm.
