Ingredients
- 2½ pounds (1.1 kg) chicken pieces, skinned
- 360 g chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsps (28 ml) white wine
- bay leaf
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 cup (160 g) chopped onion
- ½ cup (120 ml) low-salt chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon thyme
Method
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
- Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours
- Remove bay leaf before serving
- Yield: 4 servings
- Per serving: 142 g water; 458 calories (59% from fat, 33% from protein, 7% from carb)
