Ingredients
- 1 can (10 5 ounces, or 295 g) Cheddar cheese soup
- 225 g shredded Cheddar cheese
- 220 g shredded Swiss cheese
- 355 ml) beer or 1½ cups (355 ml) apple cider
- ½ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- drops liquid smoke
Method
- Place all ingredients in slow cooker
- Stir to mix
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours
- After 1 hour of cooking time, stir
- Before serving, whisk to blend
- Serve with bread sticks or vegetables for dipping
- Yield: 12 servings
- Per serving: 63 g water; 215 calories (67% from fat, 25% from protein, 8% from carb)
