Flapjack Souffle Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 1/4 C. milk
  • 1 1/4 C. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Method

  1. Set your oven to 425 degrees F before doing anything else
  2. In the bottom of 9X13-inch baking dish, add the butter and place in the oven to melt, while preheating
  3. In a blender, add eggs and pulse until beaten
  4. Add the milk, flour and vanilla extract and pulse for about 30 seconds
  5. Place the mixture into the baking dish with melted butter
  6. Cook in the oven for about 20 minutes
