The Benefit of using Evening Primrose as a natural cure
After the all-fruit diet, the patient may gradually embark upon a balanced diet of seeds, nuts and grains, vegetables and fruits, with generous use of special rejuvenative foods such as whey, soured milks, particularly made from goat’s milk, millet, garlic, honey, cold-pressed vegetable oils and brewer’s yeast. The patient should avoid smoking, alcohol, tea, coffee and all processed, canned, refined and denatured foods, especially white sugar and white flour and products made from them.
Chilli peppers (Cayenne pepper) provide a great, quick boost to the circulation. They are best consumed as a food spice and can be included in your cooking on a regular basis, provided that your digestive system is in good shape. I would specifically recommend this herb if you get chilblains in winter and if you feel the cold easily (if you need to put on the central heating in September, eating chillies may save you a small fortune!). You can eat chillies in any form you like – powdered, cooked or pickled; food should be made moderately spicy to have an effect on circulation. If you develop heartburn you are eating too many chillies!
Normal high-sensitivity levels are less than 0.11 milligram per deciliter of blood (mg/dL). Moderate CRP levels, of 0.12 to 0.19 mg/dL, are a cause for concern, and high CRP levels are 0.20 to 1.50 mg/dL.
