- 1 (16-ounce) bag unshelled frozen edamame
- coarse salt
Method
- In a large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook the edamame until tender, 10 minutes
- Drain well and pat dry
- Transfer to a bowl and season with coarse salt to taste
- Serve hot or warm
