Ingredients

- 5 pounds zucchini squash
- 1 1/2 pounds onions
- 3 cups vinegar
- 5 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons turmeric
- 1 1/2 teaspoons celery seeds
- 2 teaspoons mustard seed
Method
- Grind together zucchini and onion.
- Drain.
- Put vinegar, sugar and spices in saucepan.
- Bring to boil.
- Add ground vegetables.
- Remove from heat, cover and let stand 2 hours.
- Bring to simmer and simmer 3 minutes.
- Put into clean jars and seal.
