Easy Stuffed Peppers Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 2 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese Preheat oven to 350F.

Method

  1. Cut peppers lengthwise
  2. Remove the stems and insides
  3. Cook in boiling water for 5 minutes
  4. Combine spaghetti sauce, rice, and half of the cheese
  5. Carefully drain water out of the peppers, then lay them in the bottom of a shallow glass baking dish
  6. Fill peppers with sauce mixture and top with remaining grated cheese
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through
