Easy Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

• Serving Size : 1
• 1/2 cup soft shortening
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 Egg
• 1 1/4 cups flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 3/4 teaspoon soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method

1. Mix together shortening, peanut butters, sugars and egg.
2. Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
3. Add to peanut butter mixture.
4. Mix well.
5. Chill dough.
6. Roll in balls, flatten with fork.
7. Bake until set, not hard, at 375 degrees, about 10 to 12 minutes.
