Easy Keto Marinara Sauce
Ingredients
Yield : 4 cups
- 28 oz can Chopped Tomatoes (no sugar added)
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp salt (add more if necessary)
Method
- Puree the tomatoes, olive oil, and 1/2 cup of the liquid from the can in a blender
- Stir in the remaining ingredients
- Simmer for 40-60 minutes
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary
