Ingredients
- 2 ounces (55 g) bitter chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup (12 g) Splenda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 (65 g) cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Method
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth and then beat in the chocolate, Splenda, and vanilla
- Stir in the chopped nuts
- Line an 8 x 8-inch (20 x 20-cm) pan with foil and smooth the cream cheese mixture into it
- Chill well and then cut in squares
- Store in the fridge
Makes 64 1-inch 2 5-cm squares
- Each with 1 g protein; 1 g carbohydrate; trace dietary fiber; 1 gram carbohydrate
