Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) Keto No-Sugar-Ketchup
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) light beer
- 80 ml cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons (2 g) Splenda
- 1/4 teaspoon molasses
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml)
- worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 3/4 teaspoon five-spice powder
Method
- Combine everything in a saucepan and let it simmer for 5 minutes or so
Makes roughly 1 3/4 cup (420 g), or 14 servings of 2 tablespoons (30 ml) each grams of carbohydrate, with a trace of fiber, and a trace of protein
