Ingredients
- 1 lb. kale
- 1 lb. potatoes
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 2 tsp. chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. cooked kidney beans
- 1 lb. linguica
- 1/2 c. chopped carrots
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 qts. chicken broth
Method
- Prick and boil the linguica or chorizo
- Peel potatoes, carrots
- Slice the longuica after cooked
- Add everything, but kale
- Boil until tender, add kale
- It is preferred to chop the kale
- Cook until tender
- Add the kidney beans at the end or they will fall apart
- Hearty winter soup
