Easy Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

  • Serving Size : 1
  • 1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk – (14 oz)
  • 2/3 cup chocolate flavored syrup
  • 2 cups Borden Whipping Cream – whipped

Method

  1. In large bowl, stir together sweetened condensed milk and syrup.
  2. Fold in whipped cream.
  3. Pour into aluminum foil-lined 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  4. Cover.
  5. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
  6. Scoop ice cream from pan or remove from pan, peel off foil and slice.
  7. Return leftovers to freezer.
  8. Makes 1 1/2 quarts.
