Ingredients
- 6 – 8 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs, thawed
- 1 – 4 oz. Can Green Chiles
- 2 tsp Garlic salt
- optional: Add in 1/2 cup Diced Onions
Method
- Place the chicken in a crock pot and cook for about 3 hours on high
- After the cooking time is completed remove the liquid from the crock pot
- Add the chiles and salt and mix on to the chicken
- Leave for another 30 minutes
- Shred the chicken with a fork and serve in tacos
