Delicious Lemon Lentils Indian Recipe

Ingredients

  • Serves: 8
  • 1 1/2 cups pink lentils
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Serrano chilies, sliced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 4 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 5 cups water
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

Method

  1. Add all ingredients except milk and lemon juice into the slow cooker.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 hours.
  4. Add lemon juice and stir well.
  5. Add milk and stir well and serve.
