Cucumber Dill Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- Serving Size : 2
- 8 ounces Cream cheese – softened
- 2 Cucumbers – seeded, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Hot pepper sauce
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sliced green onion
- 2 teaspoons Snipped fresh dill
Method
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Stir in remaining ingredients until well mixed.
- Cover; chill.
- Yield: 2 1/2 Cups
