Ingredients
- 1 small can of tomato paste
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar cup water
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup raw honey (optional) medium white onion
- 4 ounces of salt pork (cut into very small cubes)
- 12 oz of chicken (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Spanish paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dehydrated onion
Method
- Brown the chicken and the pork on a medium flame and add onions and mix
- Add the apple cider vinegar and the spices and stir
- Mix in the Dijon mustard and honey
- Stir until the onions are slightly browned
- Pour the water and the tomato paste and mix
- Place the chicken mixture into a crock pot and cook for 5 hours on low or 2 hours on high
- With an immersion blender just blend for an even consistency
