Ingredients
- 2 (15 1/4 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (16 oz ) jar chunky salsa, divided
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 cup (4 oz ) shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Place the black beans, corn and ½ the quantity of the salsa in a crock pot
- Top up with chicken and add the balance salsa over the ingredients
- Cook for 8 hours on low until the meat is tender
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese and leave for 5 minutes
