Crock Pot Western Dump Chicken Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 (15 1/4 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (16 oz ) jar chunky salsa, divided
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 cup (4 oz ) shredded Cheddar cheese

Method

  1. Place the black beans, corn and ½ the quantity of the salsa in a crock pot
  2. Top up with chicken and add the balance salsa over the ingredients
  3. Cook for 8 hours on low until the meat is tender
  4. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and leave for 5 minutes
