Crock Pot Taco Chicken Slow Cooker Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 cup salsa
- 1 package reduced sodium taco seasoning
- 1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup (condensed)
- 1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
Method
- In a crock pot, add the chicken and sprinkle the taco season
- Pour the salsa and cream of mushroom soup over the chicken and cook on a low heat for 7 to 8 hours
- Remove the crock pot from heat
- Stir in the sour cream & serve with a plate of rice
