Ingredients
- 2 lb. chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- garlic cloves, minced
Method
- Cut the chicken breasts in half and place in a crock pot
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger and minced garlic cloves, and pour it over the chicken
- Cover and cook over a high heat setting for 55 minutes to 1 hour
- Reduce the heat to a lower setting and cook for 6 ½ to 7 hours
- Serve immediately with rice
