Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp rosemary
- 1.5 – 2 lbs. boneless chicken thighs salt and pepper
Method
- Place the chicken in the crock pot
- Mix the other ingredients in a bowl and throw over the chicken
- Cook for 8 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high
