Ingredients
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup (+1 Can of water)
- 1 8oz block of Low-Fat Cream Cheese (cut into about 8 cubes)
- 1 Package of Italian Dressing mix (the dry seasonings)
- 1-2 Lbs of Chicken Breast
Method
- Blend together the water, dressing pack, and chicken soup
- Add the chicken, and cream cheese to the base of the cooker
- Pour in the soup mix, and put a lid on
- Switch to low and cook for 8hrs, or 4hrs on high
- Take out the chicken and shred
- Place back in the cooker and stir well
- When hot, ladle the chicken over the rice or noodles
