Ingredients
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 3 1/2 cups of homemade chicken bone broth
- 1/2 of a large white onion, chopped
- 4 large cloves of garlic, smashed
- 1 1/2 cups shredded carrots
- 4 cups of chopped kale
- 1 1/2 tsp parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Rinse the whole chicken thighs then place this in the crock pot
- Layer with onions then add broth and garlic
- Cook this on low for 4 to 6 hours just when the chicken starts to come apart
- Separate the chicken with a fork to turn it into chunks
- Add the other ingredients and cook for another hour
