- 1/4 tsp Garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp To 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
- 1/8 tsp To 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 375

- Grease a 13x9x2 baking tray, with spray oil
- Place the chicken in, and smear with milk
- Stir together the onion powder, thyme, garlic salt, red, white and black pepper
