Ingredients
- 2 lb. chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp Italian parsley
- dash black pepper
- 10 oz. baby spinach
Method
- Place the chicken in the crock pot
- Mix all the ingredients other than the spinach and throw it in the crock pot
- Cook for 6-7 hours on low
- Add the spinach 15 minutes prior to completion of cooking
