Ingredients
- 8 bacon slices
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 (10 oz ) cans roasted garlic cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup flour (all purpose or gluten free blend)
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Place the slices of bacon in a skillet and leave on a low heat
- When the rashers of bacon are pliable drain the oil using paper towels
- Cover each chicken piece with a slice of bacon and lay in a crock pot
- Combine the mushroom soup, cream and the flour in a bowl and whisk well
- Pour the flour mixture over the chicken pieces
- Place lid and cook for 6-8 hours on low until the mixture is cooked
- Transfer the cooked chicken into a platter
- Whisk the sauce inside the crock pot and pour over the chicken
