Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8-12 large olives stuffed with pimentos
- 1/2 cup whole raw almonds
- 1 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 onion, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Method
- Grease the crock pot with olive oil
- Mix all the other ingredients other than the chicken in the crock pot
- Add the chicken in and toss it in the mixture
- Cook for 8 hours on low until the chicken is done
