Crock Pot Almond Chicken Thighs Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8-12 large olives stuffed with pimentos
  • 1/2 cup whole raw almonds
  • 1 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

Method

  1. Grease the crock pot with olive oil
  2. Mix all the other ingredients other than the chicken in the crock pot
  3. Add the chicken in and toss it in the mixture
  4. Cook for 8 hours on low until the chicken is done
