Ingredients
- 1-2 lbs. chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup GF soy sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Method
- Grease the crock pot with a cooking spray and place the chicken to the bottom
- Add the cumin, garlic and the almond butter
- Add the soy sauce, chicken broth and squeeze lime over the chicken and stir well
- Cook covered for 4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low
